Did you watch it? I didn't catch it. How was it? Helpful?
For us, CIO worked. We followed "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child" by Marc Weissbluth and it worked for us. It took about a week. And ever since Jack has gone to sleep beautifully.   |

I watched it. It was a pretty short segment and not really helpful at all. Pretty much a waste of time. I didn't feel like it presented either side very well.
