Check out what parents are willing to pay for a Wii and how one father is profiting off it.
I know my MIL and FIL went online this year and paid way too much money for a Wii. It's a hot item, no doubt!

I have relatives that are still looking for one. They stood in line in the wee hours of morning near Christmas at Target and Circuit City but didn't have any luck.

We got ours last year for Christmas (at regualar price) before it became such a hot item. As a matter of fact, some of my son's friends thought that it was not going to be any good--but they all have them, now . My son doesn't play it a whole lot--thankfully, he has grown out of the "glued to the video game" stage. Smaller children (neices and nephews who range 5-10 years old) really love to play it, though.

One thing that I like about it is that you can put in an SD card and have a picture slide show when grandma comes over! If it would play DVDs, it would be perfect!

I think I paid around $225-$250. I know they are going for a lot more, now.
