Online schooling for little ones is on the rise. But there's a debate about whether or not it's a good idea. Check out the story below.

Just like any other school, it's only as good as the teacher... in this case: mom. So, I would imagine that slackers would have kids do just enough to get by and dedicated moms would make sure the kids were getting an education.

This is no different from the controversy around homeschooling, and I'm all for homeschooling.
But I do wonder why these people don't just go ahead and send their children to school.
I mean, if they are going to follow the schools' curriculum - and teach exactly what the schools teach (and test exactly what the schools test, I assume) - why keep them home? Unless they have some religious differences with the school...or maybe some problems with bullying or something?
