Thanks for the info. It made me feel better about my son eating in the lunchroom. He has never liked taking his lunch. When I was in school I always took my lunch.

Of course, The statement from the schools did not say that none of our schools had received any of the recalled beef, only that the meat in the freezers now is safe. The FDA has said that it is likely, due to the timing of it all, that the meat has already been eaten. I would like to know whether any of the now recalled meat ever was here and whether it has already been served to students.
