Fertility Friend is good. I also recommend the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" for any woman. I learned soooo many things I didn't even know I didn't know by reading that book.
Also, as a person who can't use hormonal birth control because of medical issues (it makes my blood pressure spike), it is a great way to prevent (and plan) a pregnancy. I successfully avoided pregnancy for over a year before using the information to time everything to become pregnant.
I agree on the "Taking Charge of her Fertility" - it helped me get pregnant and then to avoid it for years! For some reason I can't take the pill anymore since having 2 kids - migranes and weird other things abound. Absolutely a must read!
