Here is a Babycenter.com poll about toddlers and their friends.
Check out the most popular answer. I picked that one too. But I think it's more that we consider our friend's kids our children's friends than our children feeling a friendship at that age. What do you think? Even at nearly 16 months Jack is still a bit oblivious to other kids during playdates. He's still kind of in his own world. So I don't know how much friendship he feels.
