According to American Baby, here's how you can doctor up your asparagus to make it more inviting for your LO:

blanch asaparagus spears (parboil for 4 minutes, then dunk in cold water); dip in a mixture of light mayo mixed with orange zest, a splash of orange juice, and a dab of honey.

Anyone have any other ideas for doctoring up veggies for kids?

ooh...that sounds good for grown ups, too!

I bake sweet potato fries and sprinkle them with cinnamon. He loves those...and they make great finger foods. I also have started mixing mango with avacado, which he also loves.
