This is one problem I don't have to worry about!
My teen is Mr. Healthfood - he eats fruits and veggies, rarely eats beef and only drinks water.
He's been this way since he was about 12, and it's kinda crazy because I'm the exact opposite. I live on Diet Coke and chocolate! I've been such a horrible example his entire life, yet here he is making such fantastic choices.
Maybe that's the secret, actually.
I mean, I'm all about college & he's avoiding it; I've always LOVED to read, and he rarely picks up a book; I eat nothing but crap & he's the most health-conscious teen who ever walked the planet....Hmmm. Seems to be a pattern!
