How would you even fry a snickers without the chocolate melting off? They are talking about a snickers bar right? I have not even heard of a cheesecake on a stick. All I know is when I do eat one of the funnel cakes I end up with a stomache ache for the rest of the night.

Seriously - it's like a once a year thing, so I don't worry about the calories or fat.
Fried snickers - i've never had one, but I've seen them. They have fried snickers, fried oreos, fried twinkies. They are supposed to be REALLY yummy. I've seen them featured on the food network before.
My personal favorite is funnel cakes - I can't go to a fair without one of those or a candy apple. Or both :-)

I still dont understand how you can fry anything with a coating of chocolate on it without the chocolate melting off. Do they put some sort of batter on it first?

I actually saw a story about this on the Food Network. They dip them in a batter kind of like what they use to make funnel cakes - so it's sweet. They also did Twix and something else - maybe 3 Musketeers or Milky Way.
