Jack's mommy |
Check out this study that says what you eat before your pregnancy can influence what gender baby you have.
Well, I do love bananas and I never skip breakfast....hmmmm...could that be why I had a Jack instead of a Jill? http://www.tuscaloosanews.com/article/20080424/NEWS/629090673/1007 |

Interesting. I will probably only make boy babies, because I sure like to eat!
When I was pregnant a friend sent me this chart: http://www.holodeck.com/pregnancy/chinese-cal.html It's supposed to predict if you will have a boy or a girl based on the age of the mother at conception and the month the baby was conceived in. It actually turned out to be accurate for me and several other people I know. I'm sure it's just a coincidence though. |

It was accurate for me as well. My DH had a health class in college he loved (he is kind of a geek when it comes to science), and the possibility of you having a boy increases significantly based on the number of times you have sex back to back in one evening/day. Apparently the girl sperm are faster than the boy sperm. They girl sperm break down the egg's shell then get tired, and then when the boy sperm finally get there, if you have had sex a bunch, there will be more of them than the girl sperm. Dunno whether I believe it or not, but it seems to have worked for us!
