Ok I have a question! I was wanting to know when did you guys first feel your baby move? Was it like little flutters or did you feel a little kick?

How exciting! You should be right about there.

I know for me it was more like little flutters - and not even anywhere near where I thought it would be. It felt more like it was in my stomach rather than lower abdomen. I really thought it was my stomach trying to tell me I was hungry - until it happened a couple of times in a row and then it hit me!

What a great feeling though!

Flutters here.
Did you feel it? How exciting!!!
And...I can't remember exactly when it was. I'd have to check my baby journal and I'm not at home. I'll check and get back to you though!

It was little flutters for me too. It happened a few time before I was sure of what I was feeling. I'm not sure exactly when I felt it the first time. I think it was a little bit before the ultrasound where we found out we were having a boy, which was at 18 weeks. So, I was probably around where you are now. I cant remember when I felt the first really good kick, but it took a while longer. Good idea Kristi- keeping a baby journal. I should have done that, because I'm already forgetting everything.

I think it was between 16 and 18 weeks each time, but it definitely took me longer to realize what it was with the first pregnancy. And yes, flutters is a good description - sometimes it's hard to distinguish from gas! Smiler

I first felt him move at 16 weeks on a plane. I didn't know what it was a first, but as the feeling increased over the next weeks, I knew for sure! What a sweet feeling!!!
