How exciting! You should be right about there.
I know for me it was more like little flutters - and not even anywhere near where I thought it would be. It felt more like it was in my stomach rather than lower abdomen. I really thought it was my stomach trying to tell me I was hungry - until it happened a couple of times in a row and then it hit me! What a great feeling though! |

It was little flutters for me too. It happened a few time before I was sure of what I was feeling. I'm not sure exactly when I felt it the first time. I think it was a little bit before the ultrasound where we found out we were having a boy, which was at 18 weeks. So, I was probably around where you are now. I cant remember when I felt the first really good kick, but it took a while longer. Good idea Kristi- keeping a baby journal. I should have done that, because I'm already forgetting everything.

I think it was between 16 and 18 weeks each time, but it definitely took me longer to realize what it was with the first pregnancy. And yes, flutters is a good description - sometimes it's hard to distinguish from gas!

I first felt him move at 16 weeks on a plane. I didn't know what it was a first, but as the feeling increased over the next weeks, I knew for sure! What a sweet feeling!!!
