Check this story out -- a mayor offers to pay women $15,000 to have a baby and raise it in town. She can be local or immigrant, single or married. She gets payments when her child turns a year old and when her child enters the first grade. This is an effort to boost the population in this Italian village.

Do you think this is right? Offering women a "baby bonus?"
