If they put a Japanese restaurant on the Riverwalk, we can stroll our babies and stop for sushi! Yum yum. However, the parking situation might be a nightmare. What do you think? Do you think they should do it?

It sounds like it would be right down near that big parking lot (first lot on right heading toward University) and people are worried that the parking lot will be filled with patrons and then people won't be able to park just to enjoy the area.
But it's not super clear.

Ok - so at the beginning of the park basically? i was totally off, then, thinking it was more towards the other end, past the library and down close to the old baseball fields. You're right - it isn't clear.
