Ha! Anything under 3.90 and I do a happy dance and dart into the station battling and hoping to find a pump before the "cheap" gas is gone. Sad but true! Ashley Wife to Jason 9.8.07 Mommy to Ashtyn 2.14.08 Mommy to Baby D 9.13.08 11w1d always in our hearts

Me too, SM! I remember when it was 99 cents and it only took like $10 to fill up. LOL. What a concept!

When I started driving we lived in MS and gas was between 90 and 99 cents a gallon. That was only 6 years ago. It is absolutely insane how much gas has gone up in the last 6 years. I did hear a guy speaking on gas prices and he was saying how Americans are pretty selfish. They are selfish in the aspect of in Europe (for example) they have been pay 3-5 bucks a liter for years. When I went to live in Europe in 2003-2004 gas was 3.75 a liter. We sit here and complain about 4.00 a gallon, but look at how long we have had decent fuel prices for. We should be putting the knowledge and technology to get ourself out of this "choke hold" that is ruining our economy fast. Don't get me wrong, I hate the high gas prices just as much as everyone else but I can't help but think that we did this to ourselves in a way.
