Anyone ever used these? A friend of mine told me about seeing this on Oprah. I get a couple sinus colds every year so it definetely something I might give a try..

I haven't tried the neti pot, but we use the saline spray works great!

I've never used it, but I've been wanting my husband and I to both try it. Our noses stay stopped up a lot.. his is worse than mine. I use saline nasal spray and it helps, but not for very long.

This is sort of off topic, but have any of you ever tried ear candling? We got some at Manna Grocery and my husband tried it he other night. Smoke started to come out of his eye ball. It was very freaky. I guess the smoke traveled in through his ear and through his nasal passages and out his nose. We know a couple of other people that have used ear candles and I've never heard of this happening.

my mil and fil bought some of those ear candles last they were in town and tried them. my hubby was skeptical so after they left we did a few experiments and got the same stuff out of the candles just like when you put it in your ear!!
