DH is at the Schaeffer one in B'ham tonight. He called me and said it wasn't anything great. I think the good bands aren't playing until tomorrow.
Not going to the local one tomorrow. We have a birthday party during the day and family arriving at dinner time. If you go, have fun! Tell us how it is!    |

I think that Moozle and I were going to try to wander down that way with another friend of ours. Weather permitting of course.

We went for a while--ate some crawfish and listened to one of the bands. It was ok. The children's area was basically a few cages holding some baby animals, which I felt sorry for. Maybe it will pick up some this afternoon.

I went and had an ok time. The crawfish were ok...not really seasoned very well. The shrimp were good. The only redeeming factor was we met up with our cousins that we haven't seen in quite a while. So all in all, I had a decent time.
