Although it is not so much a diet for swimsuits, but a change in our eating habits for health reasons (my DH had high cholesterol and high blood pressure at his last checkup and was told if he couldn't correct it himself, he would be put on medication-that kind of spurred our previously wishy-washy good eating habits into high gear).
