I think I should be able to make either day.

I don't know whther I could talk my DH into going or not (he gets uncomfortable around crowds and as I said before it doesn't help that he doesn't speak English well.) but if grandparents are welcome I'd love to invite my Dad and my sister as well!

Aww I just remembered something - I may have to go to a birthday party on the 23rd - it still isn't set on that day but is possible. I will let you know as the date gets closer. The 24th should definitley be ok though.

Either day would be Ok for me, but if we set it for the 24th we need to make sure it doesn't conflict with people's church schedules. We only go some morning, but a lot of people go back in the evening, too.

Aidan and I will be there, but without Nick. He is working midnights and won't be off work til 11am. I think he would be one giant grouch if I brought him.

Really wish we could make it, but we will be in Ohio meeting the newest members of our family. Hope we can make it next time. Sounds like a lot of fun.

I talked to Nick about it, and he thinks he might be able to get up for an hour or two and come with me and then go back to bed afterwards! He's such a good man!

I haven't been to Shelby Park - but is there a pavillion (sp?) there? I would think that would be pretty centrally located for everyone. Plus with the water there it might be something fun for the kiddos to play in.

Also - if they have electrical plugs out there I can bring our bounce house.
