Hee hee ... just throwing it out there ....

I know we just had one, but with book club being pushed back til the end of July, I figured we could at least start planning our next fun night out for a movie and drinks.

Any ideas anyone? I need to check what movies are coming out in the next month.

June 27 or July 11 work for anyone? Or are those too soon? I might be showing my desperation for girl time here! LOL.

There's no desperation there - just the fact that you know you'll have a great time!

I would think that either one of those dates would work for me - now we just need to find a movie.....

I would definitely go for the new Adam Sandler - or even The Love Guru with Mike Myers. I'm really open to anything though. Those were just the first two that struck me as something that DH wouldn't want to see.

Any other takers? Looks like June 27 will be out for me - our anniversary is the 30th, and our babysitter is actually available, so we'll be going out that night.

So what about July 11?

I love it that we're already planning the next!
Unfortunately, I cannot make the 11th b/c I will be on vacation.
But don't let me stop you if that works for everyone else. I come back from vacation the 12th and then I'm around for the rest of the month.

July 11th works for me. I don't know of anything I have going on the 18th or 25th either. Hopefully I will be able to make it this time.

Ok - I'm bumping this back up to the top so we can really start making plans!! I need me some mommy time!

It doesn't look like a whole lot of good movies are out. The Love Guru might be fun though. I'm definitely up for that.

Otherwise, we can skip a movie and meet for dinner instead.

I'm all for waiting for the 12th too - if that works well for everyone.

We need to get in touch with Buckeye Girl and Ronaldsmom. Neither one have been on in a while and I don't want to leave them out.

Unfortunately, that weekend is out for me. We are driving back from TN that Saturday and it will be a long day after a long vaycay and I'm sure I will be crashing hard that night.

Any other ladies? Are any of our new members interested? This will be - hopefully - our third mom's night out, and it's a lot of fun. We usually meet up at the movies and then maybe go grab a drink and chat afterwards.

Woo-hoo!! I got a hold of Ronaldsmom. She said she comes and lurks sometimes, but can't post because of work. Dang the things our employers expect us to do....like our jobs...lol.

Anyway - she said she's all in - to just let her know. Movie and drinks - or even dinner and drinks is fine with her.

Now if we can just track down Buckeye and convince some more of our new friends to join us we'll be set!

I am sorry that I have been MIA from the blog. Maya and I went to OH for my sisters' baby showers last weekend and then this past week/end Maya has been sick. My DH and I felt like Maya was a little newborn again with being up every night the last 4 nights. Nevertheless, I am in for MNO 3. I had so much fun with you ladies the last time.

Yea! You're back!! I'm sorry that Maya has been sick though. I know that's no fun - not only for her - but for you too.

I hope you had fun in Ohio with your sister - what an exciting time for her!
