Jack's mommy

So Jack is now feeding himself with utensils. It's the cutest thing.
He's been doing it for nearly a week. And he's pretty good at it. The first time the food wound up on his head. Now he usually makes it into his mouth.
Well, this moring I was feeding him his cereal and he got really upset with me. At first I couldn't understand why. Then after a few long moments of tantrums he leaned over and reached for the spoon. The little guy just wanted to feed himself, thank you very much! So I gave him the spoon and he fed himself his cereal.
Well, excuse me!! Smiler

Ronald has been doing the same thing LOL! I have been letting him use a fork at dinner, and when I tried to feed him something yesterday at lunch, he got really upset and refused it.It took a minute but he eventually reached for the fork. I laughed once I figured it out cause he just wanted to do it himself! They grow up so fast!

They are in such a rush to grow up aren't they. My LO has to have his spork too. It's so cute to watch him eating pasta lol. Poor guy, sometimes it makes it, sometimes it doesn't Wink He's gotten so big on my lately he can now top off a jello pudding cup with a spoon himself (only wearing a thin layer from face to belly mind you). The fight for independence is on now.
