I feel like I'm always running out of ideas for what to give my 13 month-old for lunch.
Any suggestions?   |

I look at this website all the time for food suggestions. They have month by month charts, sample menus, etc. The menus only go up to 12 months, but some info may still be helpful to you. They also have examples of spices that go well with certain foods, and when you can start adding each of the spices. HTH
