Do you think these girls should have been suspended for this?

That's a tough call. They probably took a course on the same subject matter in the same school.
This is a little off the subject, but once I was shopping in Paris (not that I generally go shopping in Paris LOL--but fortunately had the opportunity to go) with my daughter. We were in the children's department and were looking at some very cute tops. They had squiggles and sequins, and over all, very pretty. Then, my daughter noticed that the squiggles were words-in English. The word: F**K! We did not buy the pretty pink shirt! LOL |

Hmmm, that is a tough one. I don't really think they should have been suspended. They were expressing their opinion on the matter and the wording on the shirts were not vulgar or offensive. But at the same time I can see how the shirts would be distracting to other students. Also, kids probably shouldn't be allowed to wear condoms taped to their clothing at school. Maybe the girls should have been asked to change their clothing but given another way to get their message out there. Such as, by writing an article for the school newspaper about the dangers of unsafe sex.
