I'm terrible about making out a grocery list only to get to the store and realize that I left the list at home. In my quest to find some high-tech gadget to help make up for my dementia, I found this website... AND, it's FREE!

Here, you can make out a grocery list and print it or send it to your cell phone as a text message. Also, you can send texts and emails to "members" on your account. This, I find handy since I'd rather type than text.

It took a few minutes to play with it and figure out exactly how it works, but I think I'm going to like it.
