Well check this out! According to this report, quickies are best and sex experts say 3-13 minute-long sex is not only OK but it's great. Good news for those of us with kids. LOL

I actually read this in Cosmopolitan mag yesterday. It said most people say 3-7 minutes is the right amount of time, with 1 minute being too short, and 10 minutes being too long. I thought it was interesting because it's not what I thought most people would say. It's definately what I think!

I would have to agree!
The one comment that stuck out to me is that the time doesn't include foreplay - which is one of my favorite parts! There is nothing like getting worked up all day with text messages and then going at it the minute you get the kids to bed and are by yourselves. Save the "more than 10 minute" sex for when you are away from home together with no kids! |
