Here is a great coupon site a mom friend told me about. It's got some good ones, especially if you like to do your shopping at Super Target...

Speaking of coupons, does anyone know if it is legal to sell coupons on ebay? I just purchased some diaper coupons and now I'm worried that is is not legal.

Hmmmm...I would think it's OK. As long as the coupon is valid. But now that you are questioning it, I am too. LOL. Have you used them yet?

Yes, actually I have. They seem valid and I had no problem using them at walmart. The only reason I questioned it is that on the sites where they list the coupons, a lot of people put what looks like a disclaimer that says "these coupons are free, you are bidding on my time to find the coupons". It just seems a little suspicious, but I got a really good deal on the Huggies coupons I bought. I paid 2 dollars including shipping and got over 20 dollars in coupons.

I always thought it would be fun to see how much you could save by using coupons. I just can't get used to using them. I always leave them at home or in the car. And, that's usually only one or two. Am I oblivious? I don't seem to run across that many coupons. (Enough to save more than a few bucks.) Where are they?
Sites like these, I guess! |

My coupon addiction came from working in a grocery store for 7 years. That was my first job and I stayed with the company through college. I was grocery girl extraordinaire! I did the cash register, worked the video dept., in the office, and even assisted the pharmacist (counting pills, fun fun!). Anyway, coupons were all doubled and tripled at that time and I would watch these women come through and cut a $200 grocery order to like $70 and so I started clipping coupons too.
Most coupons aren't doubled or tripled anymore but I still use them and during a big shopping trip I'll save $20-$25. Plus, I think it's fun finding them and clipping them. I'm such a dork! I print out Target coupons online, get them out of the Sunday paper and go to specific websites for companies I usually buy from (like Gerber or Coffeemate). I have a little coupon holder thing that my friends make fun of me for. LOL ![]() |

I am a total coupon-holic!!! I grocery shop at publix once a week, and my bill almost always goes down about $30 after coupons.
My fave place to use them though is CVS. Google cvs printables, and sign up for their emails, and you'll get them. Also - CVS lets you "stack" (at least most do). For example, when they have those great coupons that are $2 off $10, $3 off $15, $4 off $20, etc. I thought you could only use one. I double checked with my local manager, and as long as you meet the requirements for each coupon (meaning put them in right order), you can use them all. Sooo ... if you fill your cart with $20 worth of stuff and have all those coupons - first you give the $4 off, bringing your total to $16. Then you give the $3 off $15 - bringing your total to $12. Then you give the $2 off 10 - bringing your total to $10. THEN, you are allowed to use manufacturer coupons on top. When they are running all those coupons at once, you can easily get $20 or more worth of stuff for a few bucks. Sometimes less :-) |

hotcouponworld.com is another great couponing site. It's totally free, too!
I am a CVS addict! I never pay full price for any of our health and beauty aids, among other things. Most of the time, it's all absolutely free. Check it out. http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/cvs/gateway/extracarehome |

Thanks for the tip! I'll check it out.
And...I am obsessed with CVS! I just love it! I can spend hours in there walking the aisles. I love when my receipt gives me money off my next purchases. But I've heard you can basically get stuff for free in there. I need to investigate. Oh and...WELCOME, extechy!! We've probably bumped into each other at CVS and didn't know it. LOL ![]() |
