Don't you hate when this happens? I needed two items for my house and went out earlier in the week (and spent considerable time picking them out) to get them. I got a new phone system for the house. And a new floor lamp for my living room. I get them both home and hook them up and -- they're BOTH defective. Grrrrrr.
Now I get to spend time this weekend returning both. The retail Gods were not on my side this week.   |

Yeah - I got 2 pretty expensive Christmas toys for my oldest daughter this year and both were defective. We tried to get the company to help us out and make things right and it's still on-going in March!! WTF! Loving the disappointed kid that thinks Santa makes crap toys!!
