We've been invited to a 3 year old girl's b-day party this weekend. I've got no idea what to get her. Any ideas?

I just went to a 3 yr old b'day party and I made him a Thomas The Train pillow. He is obsessed with Thomas, I thought this was a great alternative to the typical toys and such you get at parties. He LOVES his pillow. I don't know how crafty you are but just an idea. Smiler

At three Anabelle was huge into Dora.

She also loved any arts and crafts activities, coloring books/crayons, etc.

3 is a good age to get the beginner board games too - candy land, chutes and ladders, memory, etc. And those are really inexpensive.

You can never go wrong with baby dolls, doll accessories.

I like Ashely's pillow idea, but being totally non-crafty myself, I would have to opt for a purchased gift. I like to go small, a book or some kind of art supplies, like Moozle suggested (crayons, coloring books, etc.). My 3yo loves little note pads and pens or pencils or note cards, things like that.

Thanks everyone! I took the coloring / crafts suggestion. I got her a Disney Princes Crayola Color Wonder marker and coloring pad set. The markers only color on the special paper in the coloring book that comes with it, so I though that was pretty neat. Plus, she is having a princess theme party. I also got her a Sesame Street coloring book and a small box of washable crayons.
