So we're going to a birthday party at the Barnyard this weekend and I'm excited because I've been wanting to bring Jack. I think he will have fun.
For those of you who have gone, what did your LOs like most about it?

Oh, you guys will have a blast Kristi!!!

My oldest loves going on the boat ride around the lake, but since parents don't usually go with the kids, you won't want Jack to do that just yet.

The bounce house is always a hit, except for my kids. They aren't big fans.

The pony rides are ALWAYS fun. Both my girls like that.

And feeding and petting the animals - that's a blast too.

Kristi- Definetely tell us all about it. I have thought about taking Olivia on a Friday when they are open to the public. Hope Jack has fun

Olivia would love it! Jack had so much fun! He rode a pony (with dad's help), went on a boat ride (with mom's help), fed the goats and chased baby ducks. He liked the turkey and pigs too. He jumped in one of those bouncy house things and loved that. It's a really fun place for little ones.
Poor daddy got stung by something all over his feet though (fire ants?) so I'm on my way to CVS to try to buy him some relief. And we did use bug spray.

Kristi- It sounds like so much fun. Maybe we could plan a baby social field trip there one friday

Anyway, my DH is just miserable. Fire ants are no joke!
A warning to anyone who goes to The Barnyard -- wear SOCKS AND SNEAKERS. Not flip flops!
