Does anyone have anywhere they love that they order invitations from?
I usually get them from storkavenue.com, but I'm not thrilled with their first birthday selection. A friend pointed me towards polkadotdesign.com and I do love those, but they are pricey (by the time you add text, over $2 an invitation). Anyone have any other suggestions? I'm already feeling guilt over my second daughter getting "less" of a first bday bash than my first, so I at least want nice invitations. Thanks! |

I've used the stationary studio (link below) and have been happy with them. They have a huge selection and generally have stuff in all price ranges, including good sale items.

Anna Kate & Co used to carry all sorts of card stock for making invitations. You can buy them blank and print them yourself to save money. They are a little pricey, but you can buy as few as you need. They have all sorts of ideas on display, too--using velum and bows, etc.
If you do this, I would suggest cutting some ordinary paper to the size needed to make a practice run through your printer--or buy one extra and print on it over and over until you have everything centered the way you want. I have done this with many sizes and have never had a problem. |
