okay I know i'm really early, but my lil ones birthday is Nov 14 and theres a football game that sat and were going to do a AL football theme I wanted to do for the invitation make it like a fake tuscaloosa news cover page and headline it saban recruits new player and then put jacksons pic underneath. then i want to have the game going for the guys to watch and grill hot dogs & hamburgers and popcorn nachos and all the other stuff u have at football games. i'm going to get a big al cake for jackson and then have a script a cake for everyone else. then in the goody bags i'm going to have signed pics of saban with their names on them.plus i was going to put AL shakers and little footballs in them. anyone else have any fun football AL ideas? plus i want to have a jersery for jackson 2 wear w/ his name on it but I can't find a jersery small enough for his age, anyone know where i can get a plain red one?

What a great idea!! They have those little temporary tattoos that you might add to the goody bags. Other than that I think you have it covered. Great ideas for the invitations too. My LOs birthday is the week of the Ole Miss game and I may have to steal that idea too!

About the jersey - check with the place behind The Corner (I know - real specific huh?!) It used to be Ginger's - but I honestly can't remember what it is now - The Trunk maybe. They will let you pick what number you want and they'll put the last name on there too. We got one for Jonah's first birthday there. I think it starts at a 2T - and it's a little big - but not bad.
