I can't decide if I will be there or not... mainly because I haven't gotten past the first of the book. I would like to finish it eventually... it just wasn't a page turner, and I really need that to stay interested in a book. I dunno... I can't decide if I want to be spoiled or not. Those of you who have read it, what do you think? And will I be the only one who didn't finish?
I do have a request for the next book, though. Nothing specific in mind, just something airy and easy please! The last two have been difficult to get through!
Me! And maybe a friend. I'll let you know. And I only got half through it. I'm OK with you guys spoiling it for me. Z, we'll just have you leave the room and play with the girls for a few minutes while the ladies talk about the ending! LOL
DH is out of town, but I have a babysitter. So, I'll be there. I am almost finished with the book-will finish it tonight....hopefully. I'm still at work now, so I may be too tired!
I may bring a friend, too.
Moozle, are you going to PM your address for directions?? Thanks!
I didn't realized until I saw this thread that book club had moved to Thursday. I couldn't ever make it on Wednesday. I have had 2 sick kids this week so I don't think I can make it tonight. But if it stays on a Tues or Thurs, I'll definitely get next month's book and plan on attending.
D4UA - it only moved this month b/c of some schedule conflicts, but we can certainly consider moving it permanently if you can never come on wednesdays.
let me know if you decide you can come tonight and I'll pm you directions.

Kristi - I'm glad your friend can come too! How far did you wind up getting in the book? I finished it last night - LOVED IT.
You don't really have to bring anything unless you want to. I have chips/dip, cheese/crackers, chocolate (not sure what yet - probably going to pick up cookies), pinot grigio and white vinfandel. And I have soda.

Glad to hear you loved the book. Is there any type of surprising ending that you don't see coming? Otherwise, I don't care if I get spoiled. But you know, if it is like the ending of 6th Sense where you don't want to get spoiled, let me know!
I hate it that I never got around to reading it. BTW, I am ready for a romance! Someone bring a good romantic book as a suggestion!
Zark - I don't think it will really ruin anything. I mean, you pretty much know what the story will be from the beginning - you are introduced to all the main characters, including the killer.
It's really the unfolding of the tale. But I honestly can't think of any big "surprise" that would be given away.
I do suggest you finish it though when you have time - I really really liked it!

I'm with D4UA. I can't ever come on Wednesdays, either. I think you guys changed the day for me this month because I really wanted to read this book. Thanks, BTW.
So, maybe we can talk tonight about the possibiity of switching nights if everyone agrees.
