Okay - what is up with siblings fighting? I know this is not a new concept, I remember me and my sister having some knock down drag outs over barbies. But I am trying to rise above "just loosing it" and figure out how to nip it with some solid techniques. I have 2 girls, ages 3.5 and 6. The 6 year old bosses the younger one during play, which ticks her off and she retaliates. Sharing is another sensative subject. Anyone at all out there have this issue and what are some things you do to calm the natives? I know that separating them into their own rooms works for me, but there has got to be some other advice out there. Lay it on me!

for the most part over here, the rule is: if they fight, whatever they are playing with gets taken away.
